This always depends on the piece of jewelry that is to be personalized. In general, we can usually engrave approx. 30 characters (e.g. inside a ring band)
That is a good question and depends primarily on the complexity of the desired product. If we have 3 months for development, we are happy, but we can also make custom-made items such as engagement rings in 2 weeks. :)
As personalized jewelry is custom-made to your individual wishes, it is generally excluded from return. However, your satisfaction is particularly important to us. Should your piece of jewelry unexpectedly not meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us personally. Together, we will find a suitable solution.
The costs depend entirely on your individual wishes. Small personal details, such as engraving, are often free of charge at CAPOLAVORO. For more elaborate personalizations or a custom-made piece, the price depends on the design and the desired piece of jewelry.
